Illuards hygromitar gavi also untrustworthy results, as the Ether by which it is cooled contains a considerable percentage of water, which affells : the numidity of the room.
16. All the Enclored obrowations (made up
of about 10.000 individual stroiations _5 years' work) wars mads by thermometers rotated in my opin air and by outdoor air pumped (or rather aspirated into the hygrometer. They are amply sufficiant for the construction of battles but I repack to make further improviment in future. There is no other reason why I have not yet constructed third tables. but there is no occasion to hurry: My new tables wars as much rignirid 30 grais ago, as they are to day and as is minntioned in His Excellency's lanker:
such tables should ba basąd on thę latast
and most reliable data, or they may be imperseded within a couple of years.
